Can I return my leased lockbox back to MLS Technology?

Yes. Here are the requirements for returning a leased lockbox:

• Keybox must be free of any permanent markings, stickers, handwriting, paint, etc on the box
• You may be given partial credit for the remaining quarter for any lease fees if it’s returned before the 15^th of the month
