If I am an appraiser do I need a key?

Option #1 – yes, if you would like to access listings on your own schedule, we recommend that you get a key.  The fee is $11.75 per month, added to your MLS fees.

Option #2 – to not have the key fee, you have the option to request one day codes from the listing agent. These can be requested up to 14 days in advance.  This would allow you access to properties but the codes would need to be requested ahead of time.  There is a time restriction as well so talk to the listing agent if you need additional accesses.
