How do I put my credit card on file for automatic billpay?

You can now add your credit card information directly to your file through the MLS Portal!

On your MLS Portal:

  • Under Associate Services, click "Edit Profile."
  • Click on "Financial Services"
  • Then select "Manage Credit card Information."
  • Then Add a Credit card
  • On the right, you can select the Autopayment Choices
  • Check any or all checkboxes for what to auto-pay
  • Click Save Card at the bottom right


There is a form online to fill out, Forms & Contracts - pick Membership Forms, then select GTAR or MLS Technology - select Payment Authorization Form. Alternatively, the form is attached for download on this Knowledgebase article.

We also have the forms at our front counter if you are at our offices.

It can be emailed to Connie at or faxed to 918-663-8815.

Please stay current with the Credit Card's expiration date - we cannot automatically update our forms.
