Quarterly fees are billed on the first working day of the quarter. January 2nd, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. The due date is the 15th of each specified month. There is a $20 late fee on the 16th of each specified month. If the 15th falls on a weekend, you have through the upcoming Monday to pay.
