How do I search for apartment complexes in Realist?

Realist has added "Land Use - Universal" as a field to search Realist when you do a custom search. To enable this field in your search, select Edit Attributes (under My Search) and select Land Use - Universal. You can then search based on multiple different uses of land, one of these being Apartments.
