I am a new member. How much will I owe? What do I need to bring?

GTAR, OAR and NAR's dues are prorated monthly. First-time applicants are subject to an Application Fee from GTAR and OAR.

The New Member Packet includes the dues prorated schedule and all the paperwork needed to establish your GTAR/MLS Technology membership. PLEASE discuss beforehand with your broker or call GTAR at 918-663-7500 if you have any questions about GTAR dues and/or MLS Technology’s quarterly fees. 

Also ensure you have your Oklahoma Real Estate License Number before we can begin processing any paperwork or dues billing.
