What happens if a keybox that is being leased or has been purchased is stolen?

If a leased keybox is lost or stolen, please report the loss to our Membership team within 10 days. Additionally, please submit the Loss of SentriLock Keybox form to [e-mail]. You can find this form by logging into www.mlstechnology.com, clicking the Forms and Contracts icon, clicking MLS Membership Forms, and selecting the “Loss of SentriLock Keybox” Form. You will need to continue to pay the lease out quarterly OR request and pay the remaining balance for what is owed on the lease.
