SentriKey showing requests will NOT be received by the listing agent IF the listing agent, as well as the agent requesting a showing, are not registered to receive them. Alternatively, if you are having issues scheduling a showing, log in to SentriKey and check these registration settings.
To get registered, click the SentriKey link on the MLS Portal:
Then click on Manage My Account on the left OR click on your profile icon on the right and click My Settings (both lead to the same place):
OR
Enter your email and phone in the appropriate fields and then click Save at the bottom right:
Once that's complete you may receive a screen that looks like this:
Check your email for a verification link. If you didn't receive one click on the Send Verification Email option to send another one.
Similarly, after you add the cell number and hit save you should receive a text message with a code that SentriKey will prompt you for on the following screen:
Now you and other agents should be able to receive SentriKey Showing requests!
