Agent Transfer Listing Procedure

The listings belong to the broker, not the agent. When an agent leaves a company, the agent's existing listings are transferred to the broker's name or an agent with that company unless the broker chooses to release the listings. If the agent intends to re-list the property with the new company, they must complete a new listing agreement and property data form.
