"Coming Soon" will be available as a selectable status in our MLS starting Wednesday, January 22, 2020. This is a new (optional) status in Matrix. Rules have not changed for entering a listing as Active. Below are attached the “Coming Soon” rules and revised “Coming Soon Seller Authorization” form.
