Using 1004MC Export in Matrix

The Market Conditions Addendum (Form 1004MC) export is built into Matrix and is very easy to use. 

Creating a 1004MC Export:

1. Perform your search.
2. From the Results screen, select the properties to include.
3. Select "Export" from the bottom menu.
4. Select "1004MC" from the Export File Format drop-down menu.
5. Click "Export" to generate the 1004MC form.
