The Matrix "My Hit Counters" feature provides insight into the total reach of your listings. The feature calculates hits using seven important categories: client portals, views, favorites, possibilities, Auto Emails, published, and rejected. These categories provide a comprehensive view of your listings' activity and other brokers' and clients' interest levels.
Access Hit Counters
To view your hit counters, access the My Listings screen from the Matrix home page shortcut or under My Matrix.
Select "My Hit Counters" from the drop-down menu
Hit Counters Categories
Client Portals: The number of client portals that have received your emailed listing.
Client Views: The number of times that your listing has been viewed in client portals using the "Full" display
Client Favorites: The number of client portals with your listing marked as a "favorite."
Client Possibilities: The number of client portals with your listing marked as a "possibility."
Auto Emails: The number of Auto Email searches in Matrix that match your listing.
Previous 14 Day View: The number of Emails viewed in the last 14 days.
Agent Published: The number of Auto Email searches where the broker chose to send your listing to their client's portal.
Agent Rejected: The number of Auto Email searches where the broker chose to reject your listing rather than sending it to their client's portal.
