Creating Simple Market Reports in Matrix

Matrix has two reports that everyone in our MLS has access to: Agent Production Report and Office Production and Inventory. To access these reports click on the Market Reports link in Matrix, right next to the Add/Edit link.

Agent Production Report:

The Agent Production Report will show you your own production, by default using the beginning of the current year as the Start Date and today's date as the End Date.

When you click on Generate Report it will produce a PDF showing a Production Section, where the total listings sold in the entire MLS will be listed along with your listings sold. This report will show all the properties sold, whether you listed it as the listing agent, sold it as the buyer's agent, or any combination of those two: 

Listed | Sold - You listed this and you sold the property, representing both seller and buyer
Listed | In-House Sold - You listed this property and it was sold by someone inside your company
Listed | Coop Sold - You listed this property and it was sold by someone outside your company in the MLS
Listed In-House | Sold - Your company listed this property and you sold it, representing the buyer
Coop Listed | Sold - Someone outside your company listed this and you sold it, representing the buyer

Next will be the Inventory Summary and Inventory Detail, showing the number of Active listings and then the basic information of those Active listings.

Office Production and Inventory:

The Office Production Report will show your office's total production, by default using the beginning of the current year as the Start Date and today's date as the End Date.

Listed | Sold - Your office listed the property and sold it, representing both seller and buyer
Listed | Coop Sold - Your office listed the property and it was sold by someone outside your company in the MLS
Coop Listed | Sold - Someone outside your company listed the property and someone inside your company sold it
